  I wish I could give them a worse rating! These people left us waiting for 2 hours! They did not even look at our dog! This was our second visit. The first visit we were told that if our dog did not get better with the medication to immediately return for a follow up! We arrive with our dog shaking and crying in excruciating pain and the receptionist (ANGELA) decides to weigh our dog and tells us to sit and wait. We saw countless animals come through the doors and go straight to the back to be examined by the nurse and immediately after the vet. After two hours we ask, IS SOMEONE GOING TO ASSESS HER!? SHE IS IN PAIN!?? The receptionist who for some reason thinks she's capable of assessing my dog by just looking at her , shrugs her shoulder and says "She looks stable to me?" I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!! FOR SOME REASON AN UNLICENSED RECEPTIONIST WILL TRY TO ASSESS YOUR PET AND LEAVE YOU WAITING LIKE A FOOL FOR HOURS!!!!

  Have visited this clinic twice. Very impressed both times. First visit my dog was diagnosed correctly with vertigo. This was on Christmas morning. Amazing to see a clinic open and providing services such as this on Christmas Day. Tough to imagine people sacrificing important family time for other people's animals. Second visit my dog was properly diagnosed with consuming something she shouldn't have. Amazing how Dr. Cynthia Seto figured out exactly what it was. She suggested a proper treatment without an extra $$$. Very impressed with how she handled the situation and I highly recommend her.
