- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible. It happened twice and so i had to write this review. My wife is carrying and they gave me a form for doing IPS II test. I took leave on a wednesday and when i arrived at the test centre they stated that you have not bought the requisition form. I said this is what the clinic gave me. Then i went back and they had no clue and when i explained it the reception understood and gave the form and then i went back to the test centre and got the test done. This happened twice. There is a new receptionist and she seems to be very polite the others are horrible. If you don't know what form should be given then you should be working there.
