  Dr.Nagpal is our family doctor since 2006. He is taking care like a family member. It worth to wsit at the clinic even with an appointment. He is going great job for the community. Taking specialists appointment very quickly is there is a serious concern.

  I wish there would be a zero I can give awful staff ladies don’t even have manners how to talk doctor even defend them and he told to patient that u can find a another doctor I been there only twice really bad experience people show some respect to yourself and stop going there

  Never has appointment times. Check his business hours and you'll realize how ridiculous the timings are - the guy closes at 1pm two of the days. And then there's the rude secretaries who give you attitude when trying to schedule an appointment. They don't answer the phone calls + have no voice mail, they just tell you to call back. And then there's the wait time when you get there - frequently over booked in the small business hours that Dr. Nagpal does choose to work. Finally, you get to meet the doc and its as if you caught him in between him trying to put out a fire. He'll see you for 5 minutes max (this time is not exaggerated) if not for 2mins and be on his way. After all this they have the audacity to post *only one problem at a time* Not to mention the fee you have to pay if you want to switch to a different doctor. Monopoly anyone? It's no wonder people hate doctors so much these days. Do yourself a favour and find a different doctor.
