  I had what I can only describe as an absolutely horrible experience attempting to purchase Tenant's insurance from State Farm via Lorna Downs. Firstly, her office mis-sold me a policy, then 3 weeks later told me that our coverage had been denied by their underwriter. The reason it was denied by their underwriter was that it never should have been sold by Lorna as we were not suitable for coverage. Lorna's response was then essentially 'deal' with it', and that we should buy two policies - her method of customer service leaves a lot to be desired. So I called up another State Farm agent to ask about the situation, who then informed me that the two policies she was attempting to sell me would not actually cover us, and leave us in a situation where our claim was likely to be denied if we ever needed to claim. Never once did Lorna's office inform me of those details. The entire experience was laughable - I'm not exaggerating when I say that this was the worst customer service I have ever had.

  quite few years account ; Her office use to be Good and helpful >>> not any more !! start having issues in 2016.closed account !! they don't care !! wont recommend anyone !! Plus hey !! no more statefarm ,it is some other piece of **** now !!
