  On the VM they claim to be open from 10am-6pm however the door was closed at 5 and I didn't get my reports.. since they are only open few days a week, I now have to wait till Wednesday in order to obtain my important information. Will be looking for a new doctor 100% and planning to get all my information transferred as soon as I find another doctor accepting new patients. It feels like an office majority made of amateurs. The secretaries are REALLY rude. They never answer their phone and their mailbox is always full. I never get my referred doctors until I'm the one that takes initiative to call or go out of my way and WALK IN to get the information myself.. since they never answer their phone. They are changing locations, so maybe I'll wait until that happens to make a permanent decision but until then, this medical office is very unorganized and I do not see how you can trust disorganized people with your medical reports or diagnoses. The best part about this office is Dr. Dhanoa. Other than that, there's nothing else that makes the visit worthwhile. Administration staff are very unpleasant and unprofessional. The Dr's that replace Dr. Dhanoa when he's not there are the worst doctors I've ever interacted with. PLEASE save yourself time and patience and go somewhere else. If i could, I would give them NO stars.

  Dont bother going to this Clinic. Staff is clueless, Doctors are in rush. Not considerate or have patience to listen to your problem. No proper description to medications or precautions. Waited for 30 minutes and doctor was in the room for 30 seconds.

  I wouldn't recommend this clinic at all. Doctor were talking on phone while he was seeing me even though there was a sign that no phone allowed. They follow their own method. Doctors don't have any idea what they are doing. Please don't play with anyone's life.
