- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I Just called Nirmal based on the two very good reviews I had just read. When the phone was eventually answered the man simply said hello in a tone that suggested I was not calling at a good time. When I asked if this was Nirmal Insurance broker he said yes. That's it. I started to to tell him that I was calling to request some information about the services they offered. I said I had some questions to which he responded "what". At this point I knew that this was not the type of interaction I would expect from any reputable company of any sort.
