  I recently got my braces off and the results are absolutely AMAZING thanks to the wonderful staff. The staff are the politest people; they will make your experience great and they make sure you are comfortable and happy with the process and results. It's a very warm welcoming place you can't find anywhere else not to mention they are also very good with appointment times you will never have to wait. I highly recommend Smileworks Orthodontics!

  Have been going here for the past 4 years and there's nothing good I can really say other than the fact that the staff is very respectful. Other than that there isn't much that is being done well here and the google reviews seem to be fake or done by family members/friends of the owner. To begin, there is extremely long wait times even if you have an appointment scheduled. You may get called to the back expecting to get treated right away but they make you lay down for a good half hour before anybody comes along and then make you wait again at the end so the main doctor can take a look at things (this wait time is after the time in the lobby). This comes to an average wait time of about an hour (if lucky) to an hour and a half if decent and can sometimes stretch to about 2 hours. Very lengthy given the fact that I am only coming to get my braces tightened 90% of the time. Also, don't get me started on how poorly they install the permanent retainers in your mouth after your braces are removed. After literally less than 8 months of me having my braces removed, the permanent retainer on the top half of my teeth had fallen out one day and I noticed when I ran my tongue across my top teeth. Now, I thought this WAS NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL. I COULD JUST GO BACK AND HAVE THEM PUT IT BACK IN MY MOUTH. NOPE. YOU'RE 100% WRONG. THEY ACTUALLY MAKE YOU PAY, ABOUT $300 TO GET A NEW PAIR, WHICH TAKES ABOUT 1-2 WEEKS TO COME IN AS WELL WHICH GIVES MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME FOR MY TEETH TO SHIFT. Extremely disappointed with the type of care I have received. This all comes after paying close to $5000 for my braces to begin with, and being lied to throughout my procedure of how long my braces would be removed in (was told 1 year and a half - 2 years, actually ended up taking 3 and a half years, ridiculous). Many of my friends have braces and none go to this location, and none of ever had any of the problems I've experienced. Please don't make the same mistake I did. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT ACTUAL CARE FOR YOUR TEETH. I wish there was a 0 star rating but unfortunately Google is a bit too nice. - Parmol
