  I was hired by a HR named Edith. After a couple of days working at the office i had met a receptionist named "Neena" while asking her for help she had rolled her eyes, and was very rude to me. Neena kept talking about me and laughing behind my back to other employees. Every morning and or afternoon I would walk in, phone calls and billing where not done and where left for me to do since Neena always had an excuse. Neena would run to the back of the office to speak to another employee and just complain about her husband and her sex life. When we had Dr. Sterling walk into the office she would act busy take credit for work that she did not do. When Edith or Dr. Sterling called to check if everything was okay she (Neena) would then start to complain that no one ever does work. After a couple of days Edith took me in to the office and asked "if everything was okay" and i had said "yes" after our little meeting Edith took Neena to the back and asked Neena if I was good at my job and she (Neena) replied that "I don't do anything and Im not good or fit for the job". After Edith left Neena, Neena had stayed in the back to talk to another employee and went on a 2 hour lunch break while getting paid. It was a constant habit of her doing her shopping on working hours while getting paid and I would be left alone at the front. When I spoke up about it she had said "people that have been here longer don't get fired easily". The constant backbiting was a norm in the office and a doctor named Dr. Rashin likes to pick her patients by looking at the patients coverage. She REFUSES to see a people with a disability or someone that is getting government funds. Dr.Rashin will refuse and talk her way out of doing a general or emergency services. She is very MONEY HUNGRY!!!! One of Dr. Rashin's patient's filling fell out and I had asked Dr. Rashin if she can fix a filling since she had a cancelation Dr. Rashin got mad at me and yelled "DONT TALK TO ME INFRONT OF PATIENT LIKE THAT" while I had just asked her a question if it was okay to take the patient. Dr. Rashin refused to take the patient in since he was getting government funds, She kept continuing on her patient since she had dual Insurance while forgetting that the patient that was in her chair didn't have a appointment but Dr. Rashin also worked on the same patients fillings the night before, but she was very pushy to get the patient in the chair so she can get paid 100%. Dr.Rashin ended up going over with the patient that she pushed to get into the chair and ended up realizing that she went over the maximum on the insurance, and the insurance were not going to pay her for the fillings that she had done. Dr.Rashin complained to Edith that it was my fault since I made her nervous infront of the patient that she insisted on taking in and doing over 7 fillings in one sitting which equals to more than 2 hours of service. After blaming me for the incident 1 week later my 3 month probation was over on April 28, 2017. Edith gave me a call while i was 5 minutes away from the office on March 1, 2017 since I was opening the office 8 am, she came into the office around 10 am and tells me "i was trying to get a hold of you but i wasn't able to" which was a lie since my phone never rang. Edith told me "sorry but we have to let you go due to the problems" and when i had asked her "what problems" she didn't even know how to reply and said " you billed a crown when your not suppose to and the Dr. Rashin's incident" when asked about a crown Edith replied " I dont know, grab your stuff so i can escort you out " I replied "i don't need to be escorted out and my 3 month probation was over yesterday why didn't you say anything yesterday" she didn't reply and said "grab your stuff". DON'T NOT WASTE YOU TIME AT THIS OFFICE , PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER OFFICE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED RIGHT AND WITH RESPECT. DR. RASHIN IS MONEY HUNGRY AND FRONT STAFF RECEPTIONIST ARE RUDE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. STAFF MANAGEMENT IS NOT RUNNED WELL. There are plenty of dental offices out there, save your time and money!!!
