  I have to wait weeks to see my doctor, whom I like, but then it is cancelled. Then I may rebook or see his assistant, who treats me smugly because I research treatment options (my background was in the medical field, but apparently there is something wrong with me if I know somrething they don't). Then there is the team. They used to be friendly and multicultural, now they seem to be very ethnic and cold. Even their waiting room set-up makes you feel like a number. Further, I have had two tests that they never followed up on and the numbers were off on the last one. And you can use their online communications, but that only guarantees 50% contact and a follow-up call...phoning less. So be warned.

  This is my family doctor's clinic. Clinic never ever calls back to inform about the results of any tests that they recommend. I have experienced this 3-4 times. To get an appointment with family doctor, there is more then a months wait. Just the doctor himself is nice but that is of no use as you can never see him when you are in need.
