- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Upon arriving at my booked appointment, they told me I came on the wrong date. Rather then fix the problem they told me I had to come back on the appointment date they got wrong. I'm on crutches and can't just go and come back another day. Rather then see if the physiotherapist could fit me in for a 15 MIN consultation, they completely brushed me off saying "oh he can't, he can't " I'm sorry but the first rule of customer service you never say can't! Even if it means staying a little late, you make sure you take care of those who need help. Needless to say I have taken my business somewhere else.
