  S. Guidarelli. I've been seeing Payal (RMT) once a week now for about 6 months. I have a lot of chronic pain caused by many different conditions. Since I've been going for massage regularly my pain in my neck & back have improved dramatically. I have also been assessed & treated a bit by the Chiropractor. She has also been very helpful on a number of occasions. All the staff there are very nice.

  I have been going to Avala Wellness for a few months now and most recently the past 3 weeks. This is by far the best place to have a Deep Tissue Massage and Chiropractic work done. The moment you walk through the front door you are greeted by amazing and friendly staff. I do a lot of my bookings with them via email, and they have always replied back quickly and worked around my schedule. Crystal, the RMT, has worked wonders on my neck and back. I went from having constant headaches to none just having her work on my neck. She is an incredible RMT and would recommend her to everyone. Very outgoing and always makes sure you are comfortable. BEST PLACE IN BRAMPTON!!
