- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Hey Everyone, I would give this location ZERO STARS but unfortunately that is not an option. Please be very cautious when dealing with this Insurance company. When I spoke to an agent "Helga" on the phone she quoted my vehicle at approximately $160/month. I was very happy with the quote and decided to move forward, when my e-statement came along It was nearly 33% more and the bill was $240/month. Upset at the situation I called the company and attempted to figure out why the premium had increased so much as nothing had changed on my driving record. The agent "Helga" who was very rude kept using Insurance lingo/jargon which the average consumer did not understand. I expressed my frustration and informed them of my decision to cancel. I spoke to a friend of mine who works in the industry and he explained to me that a $800 yearly increase in premium is absolutely absurd, especially if nothing had changed to my driving record. This location is very sketchy and agents are willing to do anything to make a couple extra dollars out of the consumer. DO NOT TRUST THEM. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION.by Aman SinghFebruary 12, 2017
