  Bottom line: Parking is better here compared to Yellow Avens location and the pharmacy next door is much better. Try Dr. Poonah over Dr. Kumar, less waiting and he actually listens to you. I went to him a couple of times, he carefully listened and ask various questions to try and understand what was going on. He gave a prescription and recommendation. Hence the 2 stars and not 1. On the other hand, long waiting times, unprofessional staff for Dr. Kumar. Below are further details. Very long waiting even if he is your family doctor. You can make an "appointment" as it reads but they don't take you by appointment time (very rare if ever). Secretaries are often not nice, only a select few are (Asurjeet I believe was her name is great and another one was Thurpti). They seem to do most of the paperwork, sometimes I don't think they are even certified to provide shots. However, Suman (one of the lab) is very great at drawing blood and makes children feel comfortable. Doctor (Dr. Kumar) doesn't seem to take things seriously unless frequent complaints which is not okay. I don't like the one practising with him. He allowed someone he personally knew to cut the waiting which was unfair as people wait 3-4 hours sometimes more just to see the doctor. He also doesn't believe you if you have a certain illness. For example, "I have a sinus problem" was what I said and he scoffed at me. I have had sinus flare ups before so of course I would know what it was. I have other bad experience stories as well. Used to be 4-5 stars and now has become 1-2. When wait times were much better and doctor actually did something about your problems and took you seriously. The other doctor, Dr. Poonah (excuse the spelling) seems to be a great doctor.
