- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It is truly an upsetting experience when an amazing doctor is undercut by imcompetent, rude staff. My experience with Dr. Kini was great, but I would not attend as a full time patient because of the treatment I received from the receptionist. She has no training in customer relations nor does she seem to understand that everyone's time should be valued equally. Perhaps she treats patients who speak Hindi or Punjabi differently, as I recognized that during my short time spent there. As a primarily English speaking patient she was very rude. I've lived in this neighbourhood for 15 years and seen many local businesses come and go, I hope that Dr. Kini would reconsider his staff because a receptionist like that is an embarrassment to his mark as a physician.by Andrea BindaApril 30, 2017
