  This place started off as 'smile factory' a month later changed its name to 'smile company' and is now known as 'ritebite orthodontics' all within 7 months of opening. FYI - this is the brampton location. I received no notice for any of the name changes. I've finished my treatement and I'm not sure how I feel about the entire experience. The office never answers their phones, from the first day I put my braces on I called 10 times a day for 4 days straight and and no one answered. No one answers the phone at this location they seem to be here on a part- time basis or whenever they feel like it. I pulled my braces off on July 5th. had to wait 2 days to get my retainer at a separate location, I got my retainer was told they didnt like how they came out so they took new imprints, it is now september 9th I have yet to receive the new retainer. Also, a month after taking my braces off the company billed me for a month of treatment , I called the office repeatedly and once again the office was closed and no one answered, I had to do some investigating on how to get a hold of the company during this time. Overall, I am unhappy with my experience due to the unprofessionalism and the impersonal feeling I got dealing with this orthodontist. You are in the business of service, please be more attentive to you current and past clientele *********************************************************************** I had to come back and update my review. today is sept 16th. and for the 2nd time the company has billed me for an unauthorized payment causing NSF fees on my bank account. Incompetent set of people working for this place. They keep reassuring me that no further payments will come out of my account. I am beyond frustrated!!!! _______________________________________________________________________ last update september 26, Dr. Luis called me to apologize for everything after reading my review. I changed my 1 star to 3 because of this.
