  This pharmacy has consistently been unorganized and frazzled as of lately. I have brought my patience while picking up prescriptions, however yesterday the pharmacist’s treatment of me and my medication took a new low. James Hernane as well as another Pharmacy member had no education on my drug coverage and refused to release the full amount of medicine to me until I receive an email from my drug coverage provider stating that I am covered. Typically I could understand this in most circumstances, however I pick up the exact same prescription every week at the same time and none of my information has changed. Due to some glitch in their system I had to wait one hour in front of the counter while all other shoppers could hear them asking me questions to work out my situation. None the less, I ended up paying cash for my medicine, despite being fully covered. Absolutely degrading and humiliating. Then, James Hernane decided that he was feeling inconvenienced and was short and unpleasant with me at times.
