  Worst customer service ever. One of the stupid cashiers wasted $10 worth of my points and when I came back to fix that she lied and said she hadn't done anything. Had bad experiences at this location a few times. Rude staff.

  I purchased a water floss machine from the shopper drug mart in BCC . They never told me that I cannot ruturn it back. Next day I wanted to ruturn it back with original recite. They assulted me. All of the cashiers even the manager . Finally they called the scurity for me. Even in front of him they thrieted me to kick me out . They make a big noise all of people around started to watching. All of this because I wanted to ruturn something back with original receipt. So be careful people. . That farmacy very bad employees working there..not helpful
